Yes, all our Taiwanese products are bottled in Scotland under the strict regulations from the Scotch Whisky Association (SWA). Our Taiwanese suppliers officially buy casks from the various Scottish distilleries and bottled all their products in Scotland as per SWA’s rules and regulations.

How do I make a purchase on spiritscastle.sg?
It is simple! Register an account with us for the first time and add in your contact details. Add your desired drinks to your basket. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right corner when you are done with your choices to review the items. You will also be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions of sales. Once done, fill in your delivery address and credit card information (there will be an option for you to save the information in our encrypted database). Once you make the payment, Spirits Castle will despatch your items within the next two working days.
Is there an age limit to buy products from spiritscastle.sg?
Yes, in accordance to Singapore’s laws, no minors below the legal drinking age of 18 years old is allowed to purchase and/or drink alcoholic beverages.
Can I order in large quantities?
We do not limit the number of bottles you order but we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund your payment if we have reasonable suspicions that you are buying a product in large quantities for reselling or exporting, or if you are a distributor or dealer.

What is your returns policy?
At Spirits Castle, we value our customers and are happy to accept returns of products that are delivered damaged. We do not expect this to happen but in the event that it unfortunately happens, please email us with a photo of the damaged bottle within 24 hours of delivery. We will investigate and offer a redelivery within 5 working days after we verify the incident with our delivery team. A refund will be offered instead if the item is sold out.
Please note that we do not accept returns if the items are delivered as promised and you have simply change your mind about your purchase.
Do you ship to a PO Box?
We are not able to ship to a PO Box as we need a person above 18 years old to receive the order.
Do you ship internationally?
